Robyn Disharoon was born in British Columbia Canada, and moved to California with her family at age of 13.
She took painting, photography, and ceramics in high school and college. At the age of 19 she painted her 1st professional mural for a dental office play room.
In 2011 she began painting murals in her home. She was hired to duplicate those murals professionally in 3 other local homes before moving to Petaluma in 2018.
In February, 2020 she completed a children's bedroom mural before beginning the Shelter in Place. During the shut down, she was commissioned to paint a Petaluma Piano. This project brought joy and a feeling of normalcy to an otherwise isolating time. She decided to recreate a stained glass theme she had done in the past and it became her signature style.
Stained Glass Piano won 1st place at the Pianos of Petaluma Exhibit in 2021 and can be seen displayed in a store front in downtown Petaluma.
In 2023 she created the stained glass ONE LOVE mural; a 10x10’ mural for the Broadway artwork competition hosted by Meridian real estate developments.
